Holiday Package Terms and Conditions
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars unless specified otherwise.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific offer & one offer per household. This offer is not available to groups (two or more affiliated couples) and is designed for married couples and singles who have a minimum combined annual income of AUD$40,000 per annum (Qld & WA residents), AUD$45,000 (Australian residents not including Qld or WA) or NZD$55,000 (New Zealand residents) and who are permanent residents of Australia or New Zealand. You, or if married or in a relationship, both parties must attend and complete an informative sales presentation of approximately 90 minutes (whilst on your holiday) on the benefits of WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham - an innovative, affordable, flexible timeshare enjoyed by over 265,000 families worldwide. Space is limited and all reservations are subject to availability. Employees and their immediate families, existing WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham owners, and persons who have attended a presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible for this offer. Accommodation is in non-WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Apartments. This offer is made exclusively by Travel by Wyndham Pty Ltd, QLD Licence No. TAG1753 Holidays by Wyndham IATA No. 02359265.
Non-attendance at this presentation will forfeit this package offer and full accommodation rates will be charged. Costs may vary depending on location and season. For further details refer to Full Package Price Details. Your package cannot be transferred to another name and dates cannot be changed under any circumstances. Our package is non-refundable and travel insurance is highly recommended.
If applicable - Airline Tickets cannot be transferred to another name and will be considered as a cancellation. Travel dates cannot be changed under any circumstances and will be considered a cancellation, if unable to travel on dates stated on issued airline tickets.
Holidays by Wyndham have the right to charge extra if the number of people is greater than what was confirmed upon the booking. Seasonal surcharges apply depending on departure date. If applicable, prices are inclusive of Australian, New Zealand & Fijian Airport Taxes, except taxes that can only be paid upon departure. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars unless otherwise specified, which are correct at time of publishing and subject to limited availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made by credit card (excluding American Express and Diners), money order or cheque. An additional 1.5% Credit Card Service Fee will be applied to all amounts paid by credit card.
Additional food, beverages or services are not included in this offer (unless specified). A credit card imprint or cash deposit will be required at check-in for bond (this is refundable upon checkout).
Health & Immigration: You should familiarise yourself with any health or visa requirements that may be applicable in the areas you intend visiting. You are responsible for all exit, entry, health and other documents required by laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited. Each person shall carry a valid passport at all times. Kindly note that passport and visa requirements are not our responsibility or that of your travel consultant and Travel by Wyndham is not liable for any loss or expense due to a passenger's failure to comply with the above.
All passengers confirm that they authorise Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Pty Ltd to use their contact details (residential and email) and telephone number(s) (work, mobile and home/private) provided in this form for sales and marketing purposes, in particular, for the purpose of offering the opportunity to attend a timeshare sales presentation on the WorldMark South Pacific Holiday Ownership program, for an indefinite period until they opt out.
Full Package Price Details
Holidays by Wyndham offers are provided at a discounted rate in return for compulsory attendance at the WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham presentation. Failure to attend will incur a penalty charge, being the difference between the price of the relevant Holidays by Wyndham offer and the full package price.
For accommodation only offers, the full package price consists of the total cost of accommodation (refer below).
For flight and accommodation offers (excluding Fiji), the full package price consists of the total cost of accommodation (refer below) PLUS the total cost of the actual flight(s) booked and travelled (this cost is available to you upon request at the time of booking).
Full package prices for Fiji and accommodation rates for other destinations, including room type and season, are provided below.
Please note, the penalty charge will differ depending on: which Holidays by Wyndham offer is selected; whether it is an accommodation only offer or a flight and accommodation offer; and whether the dates travelled fall in high or low season periods.
The rates below are based on standard packages for 2 adults and up to 2 children. If any charges are made to the room, or if any upgrades or extras are taken, full charges and season rates will apply.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise specified.
