About our holiday Packages
Can anyone take up a holiday package?
Our holiday packages are designed for married couples and singles who have a minimum combined annual income of AUD$40,000 (QLD and WA residents), AUD$45,000 (Australian residents excluding QLD and WA) and NZ$55,000 (New Zealand residents) and who are permanent residents of Australia or New Zealand.
Why are our holiday packages so affordable?
Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific has the buying power to negotiate low room rates and we pass on the savings to you.
We can also provide affordable holiday options as we ask as part of our packages that you attend one of our product previews of approximately 90 minutes to learn about Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific. We understand your time is very valuable so the discount is our reward to you for your time.
Is the price per person, per night?
Our packages are advertised as a total price unless clearly stated after the price. Package prices are either priced for 2 adults or include accommodations for 2 adults and 2 children (under 12).
What do I need to do to receive a discounted holiday offer?
That’s simple! While you are on your holiday all we ask is you spend some time with a representative who will introduce and explain to you the benefits of the WorldMark South Pacific holiday ownership program.
What is the product preview?
The product preview introduces you to a lifetime of easy, flexible and affordable holidays. The preview explains to you the benefits of the WorldMark South Pacific Club holiday ownership program – an innovative, affordable, flexible timeshare enjoyed by over 265,000 families worldwide.
What type of accommodation will we be staying in?
The packages feature either resort or hotel accommodations. In some cases you will stay at one of our resorts as specified in the package details.
How long is the timeshare presentation?
The fun and informative presentation lasts approximately 90 minutes and will introduce you to the benefits of WorldMark South Pacific Club holiday ownership. Obviously, you are under no obligation to purchase anything.
When will the presentation take place?
Your presentation will be scheduled at the time of booking your holiday accommodation. Your preview occurs during your holiday excluding day of arrival and day of departure.
Do packages include airfares?
No, unless specified. However, our travel consultants can help you arrange flights when purchasing our holiday package.
Can I add additional days to my trip?
Yes, you may either purchase a package that includes additional nights or add nights at an additional per night fee. Ask your travel consultant for details.
Can I combine your packages?
No. You may only travel on one package every twelve months.
About Terms and Conditions
When can I use my package?
Your reservations are based on availability on a first come first served basis. You should request your arrival dates 30 days in advance for best availability. And don't forget each package has a different expiration date listed on the package details.
If I change my mind, can I receive a refund?
Once accommodation has been confirmed, your holiday package is non-refundable.
When do I receive the listed premiums?
You will usually receive the premiums after you have completed the product preview.
What if I do not attend the product preview?
The product preview is a condition of the holiday package. Failure to attend the presentation will result in full accommodation rates being charged. See terms and conditions.
